Zhuhai, 7 November 2022 (TDI): The 14th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition, also known as Airshow China, is set to take place from November 8–13 in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, south China.

A variety of cutting-edge aircraft will assemble there to display the latest developments in aerospace technology. In comparison to previous airshows, thiss year feature more aerobatic flying displays andas well as ground static displays are expected.

The show will feature some of the world’s most advanced equipment, including military drones, missiles, aeroplane engines, and even spacecraft.

Aircraft from the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Air Force will be on display. Particularly those from the 20-series, which includes the J-20, Y-20, and Yunyou-20.

Likewise, the PLA’s operational helicopters will fly for the first time at the airshow. Also, more than 20 different types of land equipment will be used to support the display.

Among the commercial aircraft to be demonstrated are China’s first homegrown large passenger plane, the C919, and the domestically produced AG600 large amphibious aircraft.

Chinese-developed and -produced Taihang turbofan engine series will also be on display. Additionally, a full-scale replica of China’s space station combination will debut at the airshow, providing spectators with an immersive experience.

The latest launch vehicles produced by the country, including the Long March-9, Long March-5B, and Long March-6A, will be on display.

 

Aside from that, the show will also feature a variety of new satellites and engines, including China’s Xihe solar observation satellite.

China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition aka Airshow China is an international aerospace trade event having the support of the Chinese government.

Real-size product displays, trade negotiations, technological exchange, and aerial displays are featured in the air show. Every even-numbered year since 1996, the show has been successfully presented in Zhuhai for eight sessions.
