China-Arab States unite on Palestine Issue at 10th Ministerial meeting

Beijing, 28 May 2024 (TDI): At the 10th Ministerial meeting of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum, China and Arab states will jointly announce their perspectives on the Palestine issue.

This conference will take place in China. The statement was made by Deng Li, the Vice Foreign Minister of China, during a press conference that took place on Monday.

At the press conference, Deng stated that high importance will be placed on the detailed discussion and analysis of precise strategies for carrying out the agreements that will be reached between the leaders of China and the Arab world during the 10th Ministerial Meeting of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum.

Moreover, Deng also stated that the goals of the tenth Ministerial meeting are Both the acceleration of the formation of a China-Arab community with a future that is beneficial to both parties and the strengthening of collaboration between China and Arab countries in a variety of industrial sectors.

According to the information provided by the speaker, the purpose of the meeting is to adopt several conclusion documents that will strengthen the agreement between China and Arab states, strategize the next phase of the partnership, and develop a unified attitude between China and Arab countries about the Palestinian issue.

In addition to Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Tunisia’s President Kais Saied, and the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deng announced that Chinese President Xi Jinping will be present at the inaugural event of the forum, which will take place on May 30.

The fact that each of these leaders will be traveling to China for official business from the 28th of May until the 1st of June is important.

Deng also mentioned that Xi will deliver a keynote talk during the opening ceremony which will take place.

Lastly, Deng further added that this perfectly represents the shared aspiration of both parties to unite, collaborate, and elevate the China-Arab nation’s relations to a higher level.
