Kabul, 1 September 2021 (TDI): A car was seen being used as a rocket launcher during an attack on Kabul Airport.
America intervened in Afghanistan in 2001 and waged the war there. They struggled with the Taliban for 20 years. After 20 years of combat, America left Afghanistan. US President Biden ensured that the twenty years of military presence have ended now. However, during the evacuation, a sudden suicide attack occurred at Kabul airport on 26 August. In this explosion, more than 170 Afghan civilians were injured and died. As many as five rockets were fired on the airport.
A car was used as a rocket launcher, according to the recent footage collected. But it is too early to speculate on who targeted the airport.
