Washington DC (TDI): Antony J.Blinken, US Secretary of State congratulates Türkiye national day through a press statement released by the Department of States.
He warmly said, “On behalf of the United States of America, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the people of Türkiye as you celebrate the 101st anniversary of the founding of your Republic.”
He also noted that this day represents a notable milestone in Türkiye’s history, and the USA stands alongside Türkiye in recognizing the advancements made by the Turkish people over the past century.
Blinken also highlighted that throughout the past 101 years, the bond between the two nations has evolved, becoming more profound and resilient, supported by our common values and shared interests.
Furthermore, he expressed that the NATO Alliance serves as a fundamental pillar of regional peace and security, and the United States takes pride in Türkiye’s 72-year partnership as a NATO Ally.
Furthermore, the increasing numbers of students, professionals, participants in cultural and academic exchanges, and tourists traveling between our nations foster opportunities for mutual learning, innovation, and collaborative leadership.
