Brasilia, 9 September 2021 (TDI): Ambassador of Bahrain to Brazil Badar Hasan Al Helaibi presented his credentials as designated ambassador to Brazil, to Secretary-General of the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Fernando Simas.
During the meeting, Ambassador of Bahrain Al Helaibi emphasized increasing the bilateral trade and cooperation between the countries.
Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the bilateral trade between the two countries is worth more than $1 billion in the year 2021. Ministry also expressed its will to open an embassy in Bahrain in 2021 in view to reciprocate Bahrain’s gesture of opening an embassy in Brazil in 2018.
