Baku, 26 August 2021 (TDI): Jeyhun Bayramov, Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, congratulated Hossein Amirabdollahian on his appointment as the foreign minister of Iran. The Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister wished his counterpart success in this new position.
Following his appointment as Foreign Minister, Hossein indicated that neighboring countries and Asian countries are at the top of his priority list. He was adamant about pursuing a balanced and effective foreign policy based on the ideals of dignity and wisdom. Earlier, he served as the deputy foreign minister for Arab and African affairs.
