Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan Ambassadors met in Islamabad

Islamabad, 26 August 2021 (TDI): On Tuesday, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyz Republic to Pakistan Ulanbek Totuiaev met with Ambassador Ismatullo Nasreddin who is the representative of Tajikistan in Pakistan and the Islamic Republic of Bangladesh.

During the meeting, both sides discussed matters of mutual benefit and bilateral collaboration. Both parties underscored issues of border settlement and trade development between the two countries. Also, the interlocutors exchanged views on the mercurial situation of Afghanistan and hoped for stability and peace in the region. With that, both sides vowed to enhance cordial bilateral ties between the two friendly states of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan while maintaining regular contacts and active engagement.
