Islamabad, 2 September 2021 (TDI): Ambassador-designate of Azerbaijan to Pakistan, Khazar Farhadov met Ismatullo Nasredin, Ambassador of Tajikistan to Pakistan, in Islamabad.
Both parties discussed their bilateral relations. They appreciated Pakistan for having a multilateral cooperation approach in bringing CARs and neighborly states in contact. Both Ambassadors praised Pakistan’s efforts in addressing the Afghan crisis.
Tajikistan and Azerbaijan have been fostering a spirit of mutual interests and cooperation since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992.
