Baku, 20 September 2021 (TDI): Azerbaijan Foreign Ministry expressed sincere and deep condolences to the people of Russia. Also, the families and relatives of those killed in the attack. The attack occurred in the morning at Perm State University, Russia.
Shooting in university premises leaves at least 8 dead and 24 injured people. Moreover, security agencies took over the control. Also, the shooter was arrested on-premises. Injured people include students who jumped windows in a bid to escape.
The police immediately shifted victims to the hospital. Azerbaijan wished the victims a speedy recovery. Also, join hands with Russia to overcome the issue of terrorism even at the domestic level. it will help elevate bilateral relations between Baku and Moscow.
