Pakistan-Indonesia Ties

As the two most populous Muslim-majority countries, Indonesia and Pakistan have close fraternal ties and friendships.

Whether it was the tsunami in Indonesia or the severe floods in Pakistan in 2010, the two countries have always stood shoulder to shoulder in times of natural disaster.

It is expected that Indonesian aid will alleviate the suffering of flood victims and help Pakistan’s ongoing efforts to recover quickly from widespread large-scale damage.
