Brasilia, 12 September 2021 (TDI): Bahrain’s Ambassador to Brazil Badar Hasan Al Helaibi presented his credentials as designated ambassador to Brazil, to Brazil’s Secretary-General of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Fernando Simas.
During the meeting, Bahrain’s Ambassador Al-Helaibi emphasized increasing bilateral trade and cooperation between the two countries.
Whereas, Brazil’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that the bilateral trade between the two countries is currently worth more than US $1billion. The Foreign Ministry of Brazil also expressed its will to open an embassy in Bahrain in 2021, reciprocating Bahrain’s gesture of opening their embassy in 2018 in Brazil.
