Doha, 11 November 2022 (TDI): As the 2022 FIFA World Cup draws closer, the five African countries which include Ghana, Senegal, Cameroon, Morocco, and Tunisia, are set to participate in the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
The African counties have made preparations to be part of the event and win for their countries. It is pertinent to note that, this will be the first time for them to all use their country coaches.
Ghana has participated in the FIFA World Cup many times. The same is the case for the other three countries. Senegal, one of the countries to participate in the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) has secured their couch, Aliou Cisse, on a two-year contract.
He will have to manage the country’s team for the second time now. He was the coach who sent Senegal to the finals of the Africa Cup of Nations.
The five countries will be heading to Qatar in the next few weeks to showcase their abilities. The West Africa Football Association (WAFA) has ensured that all African countries will perform their best and exhibit the needed character during the games.
FIFA and CAF Remarks
Also, the Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) has been on its toes to ensure that all the five represented on the continent get the best from the games.
They have charged the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) to play a fair decision for all countries. FIFA is an international body that is tasked to manage football games.
It has been organizing games for the participation of countries across the globe. This year happens to be one of the times for the games to take place.
This year’s games will take place in Qatar where all participating countries can take part. The African countries have shown their readiness to participate in the games as each has set a way for their players.
