Kabul, 2 August 2021 (TDI): Selsela Alikhil, Daughter of Afghan Ambassador to Pakistan, Najibullah Alikhil has left for abroad to continue her Master’s double-degree program on 1st August 2021. The Afghan Ambassador stated that it was heart-wrenching to bid goodbye to his daughter after the tragic incident of her kidnapping in Pakistan, which he considered one of the sacrifices of Afghanis in the last 40 years.
In the month of July, the Foreign Ministry of Afghanistan claimed that the Afghan Ambassador’s daughter was abducted and tortured for hours in the capital city of Pakistan, Islamabad. After the news of the tragic incident, the Pakistani administration and security agencies geared up and carried out investigations that revealed that the abduction was fabricated and there is no proof she was abducted.
