Doha: August 03, 2021- (TDI): The Qatar Fund for Development on the behalf of the State of Qatar provided Financial Aid to the Republic of Lebanon with the aim of providing 31,250 doses of Pfizer vaccine to the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health.
This support comes as a response to its further dedication to stand with the brotherly and friendly countries affected by this pandemic and to provide them with proper medical supplies in confronting the global pandemic.
This provision of aid is also a confirmation of the efforts made by the State of Qatar in combating the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic and which is also a common threat faced globally. It also affirms Qatar’s supportive stance towards brotherly and friendly nations and assists them in overcoming the crisis.
The previous year as well the Qatar Fund for Development also sent its urgent support and aid to Lebanon in response to the global pandemic.
