Pakistan-Romania Relations
It has been 56 years since Romania and Pakistan first established diplomatic connections. During that time, Romania has built cement facilities, refineries, a tractor assembly facility, as well as several other projects in other industries in Pakistan.
Romania and Pakistan have friendly bilateral political ties. These relations have been boosted by numerous high-level visits on both sides.
Likewise, both countries want to deepen their political relationship. The preparation of high-level interactions and the promotion and support of issues on the agenda are both facilitated by consultations between Foreign Ministries.
Romania is a significant commercial partner of Pakistan, and economic and trade ties between the two nations have been improving over the past few decades.
For many years, both have enjoyed a long-standing relationship and traditional collaboration in a variety of fields, but there is a need to increase commerce between the two.
The major goal is to balance exports and imports while increasing and diversifying business exchanges between Pakistan and Romania.
