Milan (TDI): The Consulate General of Pakistan in Milan, Italy, marked Youm-e-Tashakkur on Friday with a solemn ceremony to honor the country’s Armed Forces and commemorate the success of Operation Bunyanun Marsoos.
A large number of Pakistanis, including students, professionals and community activists gathered to express gratitude for a historic victory against Indian aggression.
Speakers, including Deputy Consul and other Consulate’s officials, condemned the cowardly Indian aggression under the false pretext of combating terrorism, violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and targeting innocent civilians.

During the event, Pakistan’s exceptional restraint and befitting reply through the Pakistan military were highly admired.
The ceremony concluded with a prayer of thanks and a commitment to support the Pakistani armed forces in the spirit of patriotism.

Additionally, a special prayer was organized at the Consulate after Jummah Prayers for all innocent civilians and the martyrs of the Pakistan forces who lost their lives during recent escalations.
