Oslo, 2nd September 2021 (TDI): The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, arrived today in the Norwegian capital, Oslo, at the start of his second European tour for this year, which includes, in addition to the Kingdom of Norway, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Kingdom of Sweden and the Swiss Confederation.
The visit comes within the framework of the efforts made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs to inform international partners about the developments in the situation in Yemen and to discuss the repercussions of the Houthi militia’s continued exploitation of all peace efforts and initiatives, and to clarify the government’s vision.
In stopping the war, achieving peace, restoring security and stability, and searching for ways to stop the humanitarian repercussions resulting from the war waged by the Houthi militias on the Yemeni people, and resuming bilateral cooperation with friendly countries.
