Zimbabwe: July 9, 2021(TDI): On Thursday, a batch of 2 million Sinovac vaccines have arrived in Zimbabwe. Chinese vaccines have been purchased by Zimbabwe as the country is facing a surging demand for vaccination.
China Embassy in Zimbabwe tweeted yesterday that China has been willing to support Zimbabwe in responding to the pandemic. They also requested the people to get the jabs, wear face masks and maintain social distance.
The Chinese Minister of African Affairs, Wu Peng said that with our joint efforts, Zimbabwe will get through the difficult time.
