Kabul, 02 August 2021 (TDI): USAID is the United States Agency of International Development that aided and assisted Afghanistan for about 40 years.
It is stated by USAID that they supported Afghans for 40 years in natural disasters and ongoing conflicts. USAID endorses the Government of Afghanistan’s disaster planning and response capabilities. Their humanitarian assistance includes the provision of food, sanctuary, clean water, hygiene supplies, and other life-saving services such as child welfare, psychosocial support services, and the prevention and response to gender-based violent behavior.
