Kyiv, 24 August 2021 (TDI): The United States Embassy in Ukraine expressed gratitude to Ukraine for assisting the evacuation of Afghans, in a tweet. Through its evacuation flights for Ukrainians, Afghan civil society from the Clinton Foundation and other non-governmental organizations, and endangered journalists from Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today, Ukraine has demonstrated true partnership with the United States and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. For this support, the US Embassy appreciated Ukraine.
