US Secretary of Defense talked with Canadian Defense Minister

Vancouver, 24 August 2021 (TDI):  The Secretary of Defense of the United States of America, Lloyd J. Austin III discussed current operations in Afghanistan with Canadian Minister of National Defense Harjit S. Sajjan. To guarantee the safe movement of American and Canadian soldiers and civilians from Kabul, the Department of Defense and the Canadian Department of National Defense have collaborated. The two leaders emphasized the need for tight, ongoing collaboration between the US and its allies.
