US Elections: Russia Denies Involvement in Bomb Threats

-

Moscow (TDI): Russia has dismissed allegations linking it to fake bomb threats at polling stations in key battleground states during the US presidential election, calling the claims “malicious slander.”

The threats, which targeted polling locations in Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, and Wisconsin, were reportedly traced to Russian email domains, though authorities have not found them credible.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) confirmed that several polling sites in Georgia, including 32 in Fulton County, faced bomb scares, leading to brief evacuations, according to US media.

However, voting resumed after security checks. Similar threats were reported in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Arizona, but none disrupted voting processes.
