Abu Dhabi, 20 August 2021 (TDI): On Friday, UAE and Kazakhstan held 8th session of ministerial meetings for the Joint Committee. The meeting was held with the participation of various actors from different sectors along with the chairmanship of UAE minister of energy and infrastructure, Suhail Al Mazrouei, and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan, Mukhtar Tieuberdi.
Mazrouei praised the development of cooperation in bilateral relations between Kazakhstan and UAE since the establishment of their diplomatic relations 29 years ago. He also underlined the growth in trade relations between the two states.
Moreover, Mazrouei appreciated the efforts of Kazakhstan for UAE in international forums and Kazakhstan’s support to Expo 2020 Dubai. Suhail Al Mazrouei looks forward to enhancing the investment and trade commitments with Kazakhstan.
Kazakhstani Foreign Minister, on the other hand, aims to strengthen the cooperation ties and common interests with UAE.
