Colombo, 27 September 2021 (TDI): Sri Lanka extended heartfelt wishes to the people and the government of Turkmenistan on its Independence Day.
Sri Lanka congratulated Turkmenistan on this special occasion. It was for the country’s development and prosperity in a benevolent greeting. The positive gesture from the Sri Lankan government is a ray of hope. We can expect improved diplomatic ties and enhanced cooperation between the two states.
Both countries have a history of using diplomacy to create favorable conditions. Mainly for the expansion of trade and economic partnerships. Negotiations are underway to establish a bilateral agreement on trade and economic cooperation to strengthen and enhance friendship ties.
