Singapore, 25 October 2021 (TDI): The Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Hsien Loong will himself lead his country in ASEAN Summits.

The delegation will also participate in other summits. The summits will be held from 26th to 28th October, this month.

The leaders will be discussing how the regional organizations can coordinate with other external partners and the international community.

Brunei is leading the organization in the coming session. Its theme this year is “We Care, We Prepare, We Prosper”.

The summit will provide an opportunity to the leaders to discuss regional connectivity and ASEAN centrality to promote peace and stability.

ASEAN leaders will also meet their counterparts in ASEAN Plus Three Summit. Earlier. ASEAN also decided to call non-political entities from Myanmar to its summit. This step was endorsed by the United States and other member states.
