Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister visits Bahrain

Manama, 27 June 2022 (TDI): King Hamad bin Isa Al  Khalifa of Bahrain received Saudi Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, at Al-Sakhir palace on Sunday.

Saudi Foreign Minister is on a visit to Kingdom to chair his country’s side in the Political Coordination Committee under the Saudi-Bahranian Coordination Council.

Talks between Saudi Foreign Minister and Bahraini King

The Foreign Minister conveyed to the King greetings and appreciation from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince, Deputy Premier, and Defense Minister, Mohammed bin Salman, as well as their wishes of further progress and prosperity to Bahrain.

King Hamad welcomed the Saudi Foreign Affairs Minister and requested him to convey his greeting to the Saudi Monarch and Crown Prince, as well as his wishes of abundant health and wellness to King Salman and for further progress and prosperity to the brotherly Saudi people.

The Bahraini King also expressed pride in the deep-rooted solid Saudi-Bahrain relations, and the steady progress of bilateral cooperation in all fields, commending the leading role played by Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of King Salman, in the serving the issues of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Arab and Islamic countries.

King Hamad also praised the dedicated efforts by Saudi-Bahrain Coordination Council, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammad bin Salman, to strengthen bilateral brotherly relations and bolster cooperation to serve the interest of the two brotherly Islamic countries.

The Saudi Foreign Minister expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to the King for the warm welcome and hospitality accorded to him.

The visiting Saudi Foreign Affairs Minister also expressed pride in the efforts being exerted by King Hamad to strengthen the fraternal brotherly relations between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
