RIYADH (TDI): The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief (KSRelief) has established an air bridge to Lebanon for assisting its citizens during the conflicts and crises.
On the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammad bin Salman Abdulaziz Al Saud, the first batch of supplies and aid has departed from King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh to Beirut International Airport, carrying essential food items, medical accessories and medicines, as well as shelter supplies, according to a report SPA.

Officials in Saudi Arabia are more focused on humanitarian assistance in the region as compare to the past.
Media reports suggest that the KSA humanitarian efforts for Lebanon surged as Israel attacks on the later intensified killing people in hundreds and displacing Lebanese in tens of thousands.
Advisor at the Royal Court and Supervisor General of KSRelief Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah stated that this initiative reflects the Kingdom’s noble humanitarian spirit and its commitment to aiding those in need.

He said that this aid is part of the ongoing humanitarian efforts by the Kingdom and reflects its commitment to assist individuals and nations facing difficulties.
