15 June 2021 (TDI): Every year on 18th December the National Day of Qatar is celebrated. Each year their slogan of national day is different and unique. This year their slogan of National day 2021 is “Ancestral Meadows: A matter of trust.” This shows Qatari people’s love and devotion to the environment of their homeland. This slogan is based on the poetry of Sheikh Jassim bin Mohammed bin Thani who was the founder of Qatar.
The Qataris have a strong sense of feeling and belonging to their environment from the very beginning and feel associated with it. This slogan represents National day celebrations, preparation, and their sense of devotion. The Slogan of National Day of each year’s mission is of increasing loyalty, solidarity, and unity among them. The inhabitants of Qatar had a feeling of affection for their environment, land, and soil which makes them unique.
