Washington: July 26, 2021- (TDI): Prime Minister of Iraq Mustafa Al Kadhimi accompanied by the head of a government delegation is on an official visit to the United States of America that will last for several days. This visit of PM of Iraq to the USA will highlight strategic partnership between the USA and Iraq.
This visit will also focus on enhancing bilateral cooperation under the strategic framework agreement. It will also focus on the key sectors of mutual interest such as education, health, cultural, energy, and climate initiatives. President Biden will be looking forward in strengthening the bilateral cooperation with Iraq on political, economic, and security issues.
Mustafa Al Kadhimi took to Twitter and shared the meeting details. He said that during his visit he will hold talks with President Joe Biden and other US officials related to bilateral relations, security, and economic cooperation. He also stated that this visit under the framework efforts will try to consolidate a close relationship between Iraq and the United States based on the foundations of mutual respect and cooperation in all areas.
