During the virtual conference, she enunciated that gender deserves the limelight in WPS; in strategic policy planning like other ASEAN apparatus. The Ambassador is of the point view that ASEAN Women for Peace Registry (AWPR) should engage in peace and resolution endeavors in the region.
She emphasized in her speech that AWPR should have the power to interact with the ministers and top leaders of ASEAN to propose ideas in the same way other factions of ASEAN are allowed. Furthermore, she also said that AWPR should strive to have rack brains and team bonding activities.
