Minsk, 21 October 2021 (TDI): The Republic of Belarus included Pakistan among 76 other countries to travel visa-free to Belarus.
Pakistani passport holders having multiple-level Schengen visas can travel to Belarus on Arrival visas for a period of a maximum of thirty days. This initiative has been in place since the 17th of October.
The Pakistani Passport holder must have to fulfill certain conditions:
- valid travel documentation,
- authentic multiple-entry visa of any of the EU member states or have Schengen Area entry Stamp.
- a return ticket from any of the ports including Minsk National airport, Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, and Mogilev airport, and
- by road entry to Belarus is not allowed.
The step taken by Belarus will help improve and strengthen the bilateral relations between Pakistan and Belarus. It will also help build strong connections among people of both the countries. It will increase trade and investment between the two countries.
