Islamabad, 18 August 2021 (TDI): Hashim Jawan Bakht, a Pakistani politician and the Minister of Finance met with the German Ambassador to Pakistan Bernhard Schlagheck.
During the meeting, they appreciated the Pakistan German partnership which is being strengthened through GIZ Pakistan and other institutions designed for vocational skills development, education, empowerment, and institutional reforms. In the previous few days, they celebrated 70 years of “Pak-German Dosti” marking 70 years of the establishment of diplomatic and friendly relations.
GIZ Pakistan is a German transnational development agency working in Pakistan with the support of the German Government. Incredible initiatives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development across the globe including Pakistan have been put into place by the GIZ.
