Pak Envoy, US Lawmaker Brian Mast Discuss Regional Peace and Cooperation

Washington (TDI): Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States, held a meeting with Brian Mast, Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, in Washington to discuss bilateral ties and regional peace efforts.

According to a statement shared by the embassy, the meeting covered a wide range of issues, including the evolving regional and global situation and opportunities to strengthen cooperation between Pakistan and the United States.

Sheikh expressed appreciation for Mast’s recognition of Pakistan’s role in facilitating peace efforts in the Middle East and beyond.

He noted that both sides exchanged views on key developments and reaffirmed the importance of dialogue and constructive engagement in resolving conflicts.
