Cairo, 10 September 2021 (TDI): The Sultanate of Oman attended a ministerial meeting of 156th sessions of the council of the League of Arab states. The session took place at the headquarters of the general secretariat of the league in Cairo. The Ambassador of Oman Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Rahbi hosted the meeting.
The session started with discussing the purpose for the people to achieve hopes and expectations of the Arab nation.
The ambassador of Oman sent his greetings to the Foreign minister of Oman Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamoud Al Busaidi for supporting and making achievements in the future. The Sultanate of Oman directed the respondents to the Arab League and some departments.
The Sultanate articulated his expectations to build the performance of the Arab states. The international movements are making their paths better, which is a challenge for all the Arab states. The session resumed discussing the Republic of Yemen and Libya for the positive dialogue to overcome the instability and insecurity.
The Sultanate highlighted an issue of the Covid-19 pandemic that has an impact on the global economy.
