North Korea Issues Nuclear Threat if Attacked

SEOUL, (TDI): North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has warned that his country would deploy nuclear weapons “without hesitation” if attacked by South Korea or its ally, the United States, according to state media reports on Friday.

Relations between the two Koreas have sharply deteriorated, particularly following South Korea’s recent display of its powerful “monster” missile during a military parade.

President Yoon Suk Yeol of South Korea issued a stern warning to Kim, stating that any use of nuclear weapons would result in the downfall of his regime.

Kim criticized Seoul and Washington for undermining regional security, condemning their close military alliance and joint activities.

He described Yoon’s comments about the “end of regime” as provocative and referred to him as “an abnormal man.” Meanwhile, North Korea has heightened tensions by launching balloons filled with trash over South Korea.
