Islamabad, 26 April 2022 (TDI): Maroof International Hospital Islamabad hosted an Iftar Dinner for its partners. The guests included representatives from the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), and State Life Insurance.
Moreover, representatives of Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA), Islamabad Electricity Supply Company (IESCO), Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Pak Qatar Takaful, & Askari Insurance also attended the Iftar Dinner.
The CEO of Maroof International Hospital, Ch. Haroon Naseer stated that the holy month of Ramzan brought blessings with it as well as a greater sense of humility, community, and giving to each other.
He further pointed out that the Covid-19 pandemic was under enough control to allow the resumption of their lives functionally along with reflecting upon the lessons learned from a harrowing global event.
Along these lines, the CEO of Maroof International enunciated that the hospital continues to do its part in providing care and support to the community. It is also offering Ramzan care packages and ample benefits to the underprivileged.
Ch. Haroon Naseer went on to say that the hospital endures to evolve and offer new services, with E-services continually being elevated and designed to serve international and national clients.
Maroof International offers services like Pharmacy Home Delivery, Home lab Samples Collection, Home Medical Consults, Preventive Health Care Packages, & Home Nursing. But the services are not limited to these.
Guests were given a tour of the hospital during the proceedings. The hospital has expanded significantly in terms of services as well as its premises.
Ch. Haroon Naseer shared that after a prosperous year of Maroof Cardiovascular Centre and two Catheterization Labs equipped for a full spectrum of Interventional Cardiology, Cardiac Surgeries & Structural Procedures, this year they had invested considerably in the development of two main areas.
They are Peads Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and “Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery.” He stated that Maroof International was the pioneer in the Rawalpindi and Islamabad region to offer Valve Repair, Open-Heart Surgery, and procedures for infants, children, as well as adolescents.
The program is spearheaded by Dr. Mahim Malik; a US-trained Cardiothoracic Surgeon, who previously worked at Agha Khan Hospital. The CEO of the hospital shared that they will launch the new program right after Eid.
