Kabul, 25 August 2021 (TDI): Mansoor Ahmed Khan, the Ambassador of Pakistan to Afghanistan, conducted an extensive meeting with Pir Sayed Ahmed Ghani. They discussed in detail the current situation of Afghanistan after the Taliban takeover. They decided that it is significant to form an inclusive government to establish long-lasting peace and stability in Afghanistan.
It was regarded as critical to the preservation of peace in Afghanistan and the region. During the discussion, it was negotiated and decided that the best way to ensure Afghanistan’s stability would be through political inclusive settlement and democratic solutions.
They acknowledged that Afghanistan cannot be isolated. The international community needs to support the Afghan people and work for the stability of Afghanistan and the region.
