Malaysian FM expresses gratitude to UAE for Covid-19 Vaccines

Kuala Lumpur, 15 August 2021 (TDI): The Office of Senior Minister of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia on Saturday, released a press statement on cooperation between Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates in combatting Covid-19.

The letter mentions the UAE’s recent offering of one million doses of Covid-19 vaccines to Malaysia. Following the contributions of PCR test kits and hand sanitizers in March and May 2020, this is the third time UAE is being of assistance to the Southeast Asian nation in battling the deadly pandemic.

Representing the Supreme Head, the Government and the people of Malaysia along with Malaysia’s Foreign Minister express their gratitude to the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and government officials for being a helping hand to Malaysia’s efforts of containing the virus. In conclusion, His excellency reaffirms bilateral relations between Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates.
