Kyrgyz Foreign Minister meets Turkish and Central Asian Officials

Istanbul, 28 September 2021 (TDI): The Kyrgyz Foreign Minister, Ruslan Kazakbaev met Foreign Ministers of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, Mukhtar Tleuberdi and Abdulaziz Kamilov respectively. He also held a meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister, Mevlut Cavusoglu, and Secretary-General of the CCTS, Baghdad Amreyev.

This was an informal meeting and took place on the eve of the Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States (CCTS). The meeting was also attended by the Nobel Prize Laureate in Chemistry, Aziz Sancar. He presented a scientific approach to the role of the Turkic world in civilizational development.

The agenda of the upcoming anniversary CCTS Summit were discussed. The Ministers addressed the contemporary issues on the International agenda. Moreover, issues of developing Turkic Cooperation in a regional context were also discussed.
