Iryna Kindzerska from Azerbaijan has won a bronze medal in Judo women’s+78 kg at the Tokyo Olympic Games on Friday, July 30, 2021.
Iryna Kindzerska defeated China’s Shiyan Xu on the 7th day of the Summer Olympics held in Tokyo. She is the first Azerbaijani Olympian to win a medal at the Tokyo Olympics 2020, therefore, receiving recognition from across Azerbaijan.
