Iraqi Foreign Minister visits Iran


Tehran, 10 August 2021 (TDI): On Tuesday, Foreign Minister of Iraq, Fouad Hussein arrived in Tehran.

The Foreign Minister arrived in Tehran along with his companions including National Security Adviser, Qassem Al-Araji, Head of Neighboring Countries Department in Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ihsan Al-Awadi and the Director of Office of Prime Minister, Raed Jouhi.

Hussein will have a meeting with Iranian President, Ebrahim Raisi and other Iranian officials. The representatives of both countries will discuss the security situation in the region and development towards bilateral relations.
