New York, 22 September 2021 (TDI): The Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Amir Abdollahian arrived in New York for the United Nations General Assembly’s 76th session.
During his visit, he held talks with the Foreign Ministers of the State of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Croatia, and the European Union. The Iran Foreign Minister also participated in the follow-up of the Baghdad Conference. He also held talks with the Foreign Ministers of the States of Venezuela and Iraq.
During the meetings, they evaluated their bilateral ties and focused on keeping a balanced foreign policy in action. They also discussed matters of common interest. The meetings also shed light on the various regional and international issues.
