Beijing, 18 October 2021 (TDI): The International Olympics Committee (IOC) President Thomas Bach expressed his full confidence in the upcoming Beijing Olympics 2022. He said that China would successfully organize the Paralympic winter games in February 2022 due to its grand preparations.
The President IOC has appreciated the grand arrangements of the Beijing Winter Olympics of China and shared his views with a CMG reporter in Greece that he is impressed by China’s remarkable response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
He said that China is constantly pushing forward all preparations to meet the target of hosting smooth winter Olympics in Beijing. The venues of racing traces have been decided with Chinese local organizers. Moreover, Beijing Yanqing district event organizers have inoculated 3,000 workers. Those workers have worked for finishing traces in Yanqing district. The safe measures of COVID-19 pandemic are also taken by the government.

Thomas Bach also praised the Chinese government initiatives to overcome COVID-19 pandemic. He opposed the political threat of installing that event and aims to provide full support in hosting winter Olympics. The event will brings prosperity in the region. It also causes the population and development of winter sports and games.
