Khartoum, 14 September 2021 (TDI): Sudanese Prime Minister, Abdalla Hamdok received the delegation of Saudi Investors headed by Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, Engineer Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Fadhli in the Prime Minister’s Office on Monday.
The meeting took place in the presence of Ministers of Finance and Economic Planning, Agriculture and Forestry, Investment and International Cooperation, Irrigation and Water Resources, the Prime Minister’s Adviser for International Partnerships, Omar Qamar El-Din, and the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Sudan, Ambassador Ali bin Hassan Jaafar.
Abdalla Hamdok commended the government of Saudi Arabia for inviting Sudan to attend Environment Conference which is going to be held in October in Saudi Arabia. The discussions were also made on the bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Sudan in the fields of Investment and Regional Cooperation. The delegation of Saudi Investors also praised the Sudanese Government and expressed that the visit achieved its goals as both sides agreed to work jointly on various projects.
