Islamabad, 21 November 2022 (TDI): Applications open for Fully Funded CrossCulture Program (CCP) Fellowship 2023, Germany. Apply Now!

The CrossCulture Programme (CCP) funds professionals and dedicated volunteers from up to 40 countries each year through the CCP Fellowships.

Participants improve their knowledge, make new relationships, and develop intercultural skills over two to three months of work-related stays in host organizations in Germany or CCP partner countries.

The host organizations gain from the CCP Fellows’ experience, local knowledge, and networks in return. Participants can also go to the CCP’s transcultural courses, networking events, and business gatherings.

Participants then apply their newly acquired experience to their home organization after returning to their regular working lives.

Fellowships will be available both on-site and digitally in 2023. Participants may select one of these two choices according to their personal circumstances, COVID-19 admission requirements, and funding available from the German Federal Foreign Office.

The following countries are taking part in the fellowship program; Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Cuba, Egypt, Germany, Guatemala, Haiti, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon.

Moreover, candidates from Libya, Mauritania, Mexico, Morocco, Nepal, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, the Republic of Moldova, Russia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan are also eligible for the fellowship.

CCP Fellowships primarily support civil society actors by empowering them in their endeavors. This comprises the aforementioned offers and assistance as well as collaboration with a visiting CCP network organization, either in person or online.

For the course of the fellowship, mentoring professional training in the fellow’s field of work, taking into account their individual and professional goals, and establishing connections with other CCP Fellowship holders are ensured.
