Islamabad July 19, 2021 (TDI): The Embassy of France in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan called on the new Chancellor of the Institute for Art and Culture Syed Shahid Ali today.
During the meeting- which was dubbed as “very auspicious” by the embassy- the two sides decided to work on a “promising” project in the video and film animation. This joint effort will be funded by French Development Agency, the oldest development bank that supports and finances works to create a sustainable world.
The Institute for Art and Culture is an Art school situated in Lahore, Pakistan. Its approach to art education in the country revolves around culture, multiplicity, diversity, development, and creativity.
This collective venture between Pakistan and France will enhance the bilateral relations between the two states. In addition, it will serve as a means to improve Pakistan’s soft power image to the world.
