Islamabad (TDI): DPM held a detailed discussion with Italian envoy on topics of mutual interest including mainly commerce and investment, migration and mobility, education, and interpersonal ties.
The DPM Ishaq Dar met Italian Ambassador Marilina Armellin at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today. Senator Ishaq Dar, is also serving as Minister of Foreign Affairs.Â
During their conversation, the Deputy Prime Minister stressed the emphasis Pakistan places on its relationship with Italy.
Furthermore, when Ishaq Dar received Italian Ambassador, he expressed concerns about the region, and global concerns were also discussed.
The Deputy Prime Minister also stated that both parties have similar perspectives on several significant regional and global matters.

Additionally, Mohammad Ishaq Dar, receiving the Italian Ambassador, expressed his satisfaction with the positive trajectory of Pakistan-Italy bilateral relations, a testament to the efforts and cooperation of both nations.
He also advised both parties to bolster collaboration in key areas such as education, trade and investment, legal migration, and cultural exchanges, highlighting the potential for further strengthening Pakistan-Italy relations.
