Prague, 14 October 2021 (TDI): Jakub Kulhánek, the Czech Republic’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, condemned the latest terrorist attack on the Jazan city airport. The Houthis’ continued attacks on civilian targets in Saudi Arabia are illegal. Such terrorist attacks jeopardize attempts to find a peaceful solution to Yemen’s situation.
I join others in condemning the recent terrorist attack on the Jazan city airport. The Houthis’ ongoing actions against civilian targets in #SA are criminal acts. Moreover, this terrorist act undermines the efforts of finding a peaceful solution to the crisis in Yemen. @KSAmofaEN

An incident at an airport in the Saudi Arabian city of Jazan wounded five persons on Friday evening. A statement from the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen claimed that five individuals sustained relatively minor injuries when a hostile missile landed on King Abdullah Airport.
Recent attacks on Saudi targets have been blamed on Houthi militants battling a Saudi-led coalition in Yemen to restore the country’s ousted government. According to official media, the coalition intercepted an explosives-laden drone targeting the Kingdom’s Abha airport on Wednesday, injuring four employees. The four employees suffered minor injuries as a result of the drone’s debris. A drone struck the same airport on 31 August injuring eight people and damaged a passenger plane.
