June 13, 2021 (TDI): The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor Mainline 1 project has the capability to create 174,000 direct jobs in Pakistan. The CPEC will not only create job opportunities for the Pakistani people but also solve the Transportation problems of Pakistan. As reported by the 20-21 economic survey of Pakistan CPEC under the ML-1 project is going to build the rail tracks from Peshawar to southern Karachi. Around $ 50.70 billion investments are expected to be done under the CPEC projects as per the official documents. This huge amount of investment in the CPEC projects will create employment opportunities for Pakistan. The CPEC is also focusing on technology and economic activities apart from all the Infrastructure and energy projects that are going on under CPEC. The completion of the Peshawar ML-1 project will alter the City into the International Hub, which in the future will connect Afghanistan and central Asia via Peshawar to Karachi. The ML-1 project will solve the issues of Pakistani transportation and enhance employment chances for the People of Pakistan.
