Seoul, 27 August 2021 (TDI): Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Choi Jong Kun meets the outgoing Swedish Ambassador to Korea Jakob Hallgren after 3 years of service.
Ambassador Hallgren contributed to the strengthening of bilateral relationships through high-level exchanges in various fields such as climate, environment, and human rights. He was also actively contributing to the establishment of peace on the Korean Peninsula.
His contribution was recognized by Choi, expressing his gratitude and appreciation for the Swedish government.
Even after Hallgren’s departure, Choi asked to continue its concern and support for Korea. And Hallgren fulfills this request as his years of experience in service as Ambassador to Korea.
